The members of our unit especially the engineers and technocrats work in coordination with the quality controllers to fabricate newer designs to maintain pace with the international market trend. Also, all our castings are designed as per ASTM, German, British, Japanese, Indian and other country standards. At every stage of production starting from the procurement of the raw material to the final delivery of the consignment, our quality controllers strictly monitors the minutest detail. ISO-9001:2008 for Quality Management Systems certified by M/s. TUV, Germany.
Chemical Testing
ARL 3460, Spectrometer (Make: ARL, Switzerland) - 3460 Metals Analyzer Spectrometer - With 25 Analytical Channels of Testing Bases - Fe Base-CS, Low Alloy SS, DSS, SDSS, Nickel Base, Monel. Also equipped with wet analysis lab.
Physical Testing
Equipped with 40 Tons Approved Universal Testing Machine, Rockwell, Brinell Hardness Tester and impact testing machine with proper calibration.
Sand Testing Facilities
With complete range of sand testing Equipments for testing AFS Number, moisture content, clay content, etc. Also, we are empowered with an effective range of sand testing equipment which is helpful in testing AFS Number, moisture content, clay content and many more aspects of our castings.
Non-Destructive Testing
In house facilities for Dye Penetrant Testing and Magnetic Particle inspection available. Radiography Testing with Ir.192/Cobalt-60 and Ultrasonic Testing facility available at our adjacent approved sub-contractor. Evaluated by Level-II persons certified as per SNT TC IA.
Corrosion Testing
Equipped with Inter Granular Corrosion Testing (IGCT) as per ASTM A262 PRACTICE - A, B, C&E.
Radiation Analyser
Radiation Contamination in castings are checked using gamma, scout (german) radiation analyser
